Butterflies in the Hopi culture symbolize moisture and flowers. They flutter across the desert land giving life to the plants and announcing the coming rain clouds. The Blue Butterfly carries rain clouds symbols upon it’s wings. Green Butterfly has prayer elements representing the blessings to all life.

Includes a description of artwork, information on the indigenous culture  inspired from and biography of the artist.

Artwork is printed on heavy weight acid free paper using archival ink that is smudge, fade and water resistant. As in any artwork, please keep out direct sunlight. Print is matted with bevel cut buffered-pH neutral matte board and backed with acid free 100% recycled board. Art framed in matte board measures 11 by 14 inches (27.9 by 35.5 cm) and packaged in a clear resealable envelope.

Frame shows the display possibilities and is not included. Print will fit a standard frame.
